Hello Members! I hope everyone is enjoying these last days of Summer as Autumn is right around the corner. The cooler temperatures will actually, improve the Dahlias. Colors will become deeper and richer overall as they are a Fall flower. Enjoy them now and in the coming weeks.
Good & Welfare Our Show Chairman, Lenny Nicolosi would like to thank EVERYONE who helped out before, during, and after our Dahlia Show. Whatever part you did really means a lot as this show is overwhelming at times. I appreciate all your help with set-up, driving the golf carts selling flowers during and after the show, Kelli with her Basket, the food/cake, Francine & Robert from MIDS pitching in. Bill Bushman and the muscle of all the garden associates and ladies breaking down the show. You all made the show great! Heartfelt thanks! We are all happy that our friend, Tom Gangone is home recovering from surgery and getting stronger daily. We wish him all the best! Special Thanks to Dave & Kelli who came back to run the Photo Show & Fundraiser (Basket). Kelli is a newlywed who has moved to Vermont. Dave moved out-of-state.
